I was eager to start posting up my bargains for my new project; moving into a new build house. But most of my things are packed up in boxes. My new furniture hasn't arrived yet so i can't photograph those, so these accessories are my first addition to this blog.
This clock, (£12) is one of my favourite impulse buys. Believe it or not, i found it in Matalan. It's got the perfect shabby chic look to it, and it was a real bargain too.
These soft furnishings were also from Matalan. The bed throw is gorgeous and was a great buy at £15, and this long cusion came in a pair at £16 for the both. They are going to look brilliant in our new bedroom.
Another proud buy of mine are these vases. They all came from a charity shop, and the total cost was under £10. The flowers i have used are from one of the flower arrangements i made for my wedding.

Thank you. I couldn't believe it when i found it in Matalan. They had matching storage things as well, but i'd already bought enough lol.
i agree, that clock is beautiful!! matalan does some lovely things and pretty reasonably priced too!
The clock is lovely. I often go to Matalan for the childrens clothes but have never seen anything like this, I'm really sad to say.
